Only sustainable seafood

Fish is the star of our menu, and we can verify the origin of the ingredients we use.  All the fish and shellfish we use are MSC or ASC certified. The MSC certificate ensures that the fish have been caught in an ecologically sustainable way. The MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) is an independent non-profit organisation that sets a standard for sustainable fishing. The goal of MSC is to reduce overfishing, or the unsustainable use of the world’s fisheries. MSC certification is granted to products that meet the environmental norms set by the Council. The goal of the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) is to reduce the environmental impact of fish farming through its certification programme.

Fish plays an important role in our product offering, and the origins of the products we use can be verified. The countries of origin of the products we currently use are:

Salmon ASC certified /Country of origin: Norway/Packaged in Finland

Tuna MSC certified/Country of origin: Vietnam

Scallop MSC certified / Country of origin: Canada

Shrimp ASC certified/Country of origin: Vietnam
